We use personal information to keep you informed; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right, and to check every now and then that you’re satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We may share personal information regarding our industry experts with other organisations in order to connect them with the
best specialist because of their extensive knowledge and experience of even the most niche activities.
Accessing your personal information
Under GDPR, you are entitled to request view, amend, and erase the personal information we hold. They are called a Subject Access Requests (SARs). All you have to do is speak to any of our advisors, or the Data Protection Office, and your data will be sent to you within one month. If you would like to amend or erase your data, simply respond to the email and it will be actioned. We hold personal data for five years after the date of last contact. Just before that time, we send out requests for confirmation of details. If we receive a positive response, we will hold the data for another five years.
