All you have to do is speak to any of our advisors, or the Data Protection Office, and your data will be sent to you within one month. If you would like to amend or erase your data, simply respond to the email and it will be actioned. We hold personal data for five years after the date of last contact. Just before that time, we send out requests for confirmation of details. If we receive a positive response, we will hold the data for another five years.
